Further Indoor Sessions

These counselling sessions will build on previous ones, your between-appointments activity and outdoor sessions.  

We will continue to work on:

•  moving towards your goal

•  easily integrating your new tools into your everyday life

•  meeting challenges to change

The sessions also provide a space for: 

•  insights to emerge                      •  reflection and feedback

•  creative ideas to bubble up         •  brainstorming and exploration 

There will be opportunities to do some short visualisation, sensory or meditation exercises if you wish.
